Partner & Head of Commercial Property
Sundip is a Partner at the firm and one of the original founders of SP Law. Sundip has over 12 years of experience and heads the Commercial Property department advising businesses on purchases and sales, leases, on the LTA 1954, varying leases, AGAs and has acted on numerous Pharmacy sales and acquisitions. He also advises individual in Family matters, particularly matrimonial and children proceedings.
Sundip also assists the Private Client department in the preparation of Wills and administering estates for Probate.
Sundip has developed strong ties with and regularly advises the South Asian community in various areas of law.
Sundip is also bi-lingual, in Gujarati.
Sundip enjoys playing tennis and is an avid football fan.
