Partner & Head of Private Client
Martin is a Partner at the firm and has over 35 years of experience having originally articled with Shoosmiths & Harrison a large firm in Northampton (now Shoosmiths) and for a number of years up until 2012 was a Partner in Martin Adams & McColl before the merger with SP Law. Martin has a large client base from all over the country and has strong links with various business clients in the County. He is regularly instructed on Probate matters, the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and continues to represent commercial clients assisting their growth and development with succinct and tailored legal advice. Martin also advises small to medium sized companies and regularly advises on the purchase or sale of companies.
Martin enjoys playing golf and costal walking particularly in Cornwall.
Martin is interested in football having supported Chelsea and the Cobblers for many years. Martin played football at an advanced level in the County and was voted Premier Division Town League Footballer of the Year in 1973/74.
